Farm-to-table is a method used in food safety to reduce health hazards transmitted by food, which can penetrate the food chain and continue to linger on the farm. Water, fertilizers, pesticides, soil conditioners, agricultural field control, harvesting processes and workers are all important factors affecting the product's safety.
