Vegetation cover is one of the most important natural resources for most countries. These countries strive to protect their vegetation cover and to preserve and develop it, which contributes to supporting and enhancing their food security. From this standpoint, the Information and E-Government Authority has conducted a detailed study of the vegetation cover in the Kingdom of Bahrain throughout the year 2019, with a focus on investigating the general vegetation health and identifying areas that require special attention.
